Welcome to Imagin Lab ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). Imagin Lab is an AI-powered image generation application that lets you transform your photos using a variety of artistic styles — from Anime and Ghibli to Photoshoot, Portrait, Fantasy, and more.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our App, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have regarding your information. By using Imagin Lab, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

To provide the AI image generation service, your uploaded photos are temporarily uploaded to Cloudinary (our cloud media provider) for processing. Generated AI images are also stored in Cloudinary associated with your account so you can access them in your Profile. If you are not signed in, generated images are not stored on our servers.

Imagin Lab integrates with the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they process data.
We use Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and Facebook Login to authenticate users. When you sign in, these providers share basic profile information (name, email, profile image) with us. We do not receive your social media passwords.
Your uploaded photos are sent to Replicate (replicate.com) to run the AI models that generate your styled images. Replicate processes images solely to return the generated result. We also use the Flux Kontext Pro model via Replicate's API.
Cloudinary is used to temporarily store photos you upload for processing and to store AI-generated images linked to your account. Images stored by signed-in users are kept until you delete your account or request deletion.
RevenueCat manages in-app subscription purchases (Imagin Pro — Monthly and Yearly plans) and coin packages. RevenueCat receives your purchase transaction data to verify and manage your subscription status. We do not store your payment card details.
For users who are not on a paid subscription, we display ads through Google AdMob (including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads). AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA) to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Appsflyer to understand how users interact with the App. These tools collect anonymized usage data such as screen views, session length, and feature engagement.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you push notifications related to your account activity or new features. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings.
Imagin Lab uses a virtual coin system to access AI generation features. Coins are earned through onboarding bonuses, sign-up rewards, watching rewarded ads, and purchasing coin packages. Coins are deducted when you generate an AI image.
Subscription holders (Imagin Pro) receive 400 credits per month as part of their plan. Subscription coins expire at the end of each billing cycle; purchased coins do not expire. Coin balances and transaction history are stored in our database and associated with your account.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Specifically:

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

You may revoke the following permissions at any time in your device settings: Camera access, Photo Library access, and Storage access. Revoking these permissions may limit certain features of the App.
Imagin Lab is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage using device Secure Storage, and access controls on our backend systems.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
Imagin Lab is operated from India. If you use the App from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India and other countries where our third-party service providers (such as Google, Cloudinary, Replicate, and RevenueCat) operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
