By downloading, installing, or using the Imagin Lab application ("App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to create an account or use the App.
You may sign in using Google, Apple, or Facebook authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) from your chosen provider.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.
Imagin Lab uses AI models (including Flux Kontext Pro via Replicate) to transform photos you upload into stylized images. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that photo solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You represent and warrant that:
You own the AI-generated images created from your uploads, subject to these Terms. However, we grant no warranties regarding the uniqueness, originality, or commercial usability of generated images, as similar outputs may be produced for other users using comparable inputs.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, or refuse to process any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law.
Imagin Lab uses a virtual coin system to access AI generation features. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

Coins are deducted each time you generate an AI image. Coin costs are displayed within the App and may change at any time.
Imagin Pro (Monthly and Yearly) includes 400 credits per billing cycle. Subscription coins expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased coin packages do not expire.
All coin purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at techblezapps@gmail.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Imagin Pro benefits until then.
For users who are not subscribed to Imagin Pro, the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. By using the free tier of the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the software, design, trademarks, logos, and AI models — are owned by or licensed to Imagin Lab and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google, Apple, Facebook, Replicate, Cloudinary, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Firebase, and Appsflyer. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMAGIN LAB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 500 (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Imagin Lab and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at techblezapps@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Unused coins and subscription benefits are forfeited upon termination due to a Terms violation and are non-refundable. Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.
